Campaign: “You Are Welcome Here”
Installation: Welcome Doors
We wanted to show that humankindness means embracing people however they identify. To solidify our intention of becoming a safe space at Dignity Health, I thought it would be amazing to partner with an LGBTQ+ artists to design massive “Welcome Doors” dedicated to the community as a permanent gesture of hospitality. Along with this installation, Dignity would also plan to publicly announce their new and upcoming commitments.
Although it wasn’t built in 2021 there are plans to consider it in the future. We even grabbed the attention of Craig & Karl who are very well respected in the art community.

Social Extension
We also ideated a DH/CSH Pride Pact. This pact would host inclusive public commitments designed to invoke a sense of community and welcoming. People on social would be able to sign the pact digitally, and we would create custom emojis, AR filters, and profile icons for them to share their support with friends.
